OT Cyber Security

My OT cybersecurity journey grew from a strong foundation in IT security, where I led incident response, threat management, and enterprise protection programs. As I worked with industrial networks and energy environments, I recognized the unique challenges of OT—legacy systems, safety-critical operations, and continuous uptime. This led me to specialize in SCADA/PLC security, OT architecture, and standards like NIST and IEC 62443.

Cyber Sessions

Conducted over 50+ cyber security sessions, providing insights into threat detection and risk management for industry professionals and colleagues. I have delivered sessions at GCCI, IIM-Ahmedabad, NFSU, RRU, Marwardi University, Mahyanchal Professional University, Adani Vidhya Mandir, Adani University, and more.

Podcast

I’ve had the opportunity to speak on multiple leading platforms—ET CIO, ET CISO, OT Security Professionals, and The Mainstream—where I discussed the evolving landscape of OT cybersecurity. Across these podcast sessions, I shared insights on securing SCADA/PLC environments, building resilient OT architectures, integrating IT–OT SOCs, and strengthening cyber maturity for critical infrastructure. Each conversation focused on practical challenges, real-world attacks, and the need for Zero Trust and visibility in industrial systems. My goal remains to simplify OT security and help organizations protect their operational backbone.

I actively drive board-level discussions to reposition cybersecurity from a defensive cost to a strategic business enabler. At the board table, the focus is not only on risk reduction, but on how secure digital foundations accelerate growth, resilience, and trust. We discuss cybersecurity in the context of business continuity, operational excellence, regulatory confidence, and digital transformation. By aligning cyber strategy with business objectives, we enable faster decision-making, safer innovation, and sustainable value creation—making security a catalyst for growth rather than a constraint.

Future Cyber Roadmap

I’ve had the privilege of engaging with world leaders, CEOs, and global technology executives to discuss the future of cybersecurity and the evolving OT security landscape. These conversations focused on building resilient digital ecosystems, strengthening critical infrastructure, and shaping long-term cyber roadmaps for rapidly growing industries. Together, we explored Zero Trust adoption, OT–IT convergence, predictive defense models, and strategies to secure large-scale industrial operations. These dialogues continue to influence my approach toward designing practical, scalable, and future-ready cyber and OT security frameworks.
