I am a cybersecurity leader with 18+ years of experience in building, maturing, and leading enterprise-wide security programs across energy, automotive, government, banking, telecom, and manufacturing sectors. Currently, I serve as the CISO & Head of Cyber Security at Adani Green Energy Ltd., where I drive the global security strategy, cyber resilience initiatives, OT/ICS security architecture, and enterprise-wide risk governance.
My career spans deep expertise in IT security management, enterprise architecture, threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and Zero Trust frameworks. I have successfully designed and implemented large-scale, tool-driven security ecosystems using SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, PAM, WAF, OT security platforms, and cloud-native defense technologies.
One of my core strengths is developing strategic, scalable, and business-aligned cybersecurity frameworks based on NIST, ISO 27001/27002, COBIT 5, and global industry best practices. I have also led numerous complex initiatives including OT security modernization, factory DMZ design, SCADA security enhancement, data privacy implementation (DPDPA), and enterprise security transformation programs.
I am passionate about building high-performance cyber teams, strengthening organizational cyber maturity, and enabling leaders to make informed security decisions. Over the years, I’ve collaborated closely with CEOs, CTOs, global executives, and operational leaders to balance security with business growth.
Beyond my leadership roles, I have contributed to the cybersecurity community through 15+ international research publications in areas such as secure routing, BGP trust models, and network security.
My certifications include CISSP, CEH, CCISO, CNDA, CCSA, ACE (Palo Alto), CCNA, VCP, MCTS, and more—reflecting my continuous pursuit of excellence in the evolving security landscape.

I began my career with Wipro and IBM, gaining deep exposure to enterprise security, consulting, and global delivery models. At Orange and HCL, I worked across complex telecom and technology ecosystems, strengthening cyber resilience at scale. Currently at Adani, I focus on securing renewable energy and critical infrastructure, aligning cyber-security with national importance, business growth, and future-ready digital leadership.
